  Kevin Jopes and staff are truly great. They listen and pay attention to what you are asking. They have a vast knowledge of all types of insurance policies and you can count on them to find the right type of policy that fits your unique needs. They conduct business with a no pressure environment, so you can feel at ease that you won't be pushed into buying a policy that you don't need. They make an effort to stay in touch, so you can count on them to be there when your insurance needs change due to your life event changes. I've been receiving excellent service from Kevin's team for over 6 years, and continue to recommend his team to my friends to this day.

  Kevin and his staff are really Awesome!! They are always knowledgeable and super friendly. While doing an insurance review, Kevin was able to speak very intelligently on auto, renters and life insurance and help us make the most cost effective choices for our lifestyle. We have never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes for any answer and did I mention how friendly the staff is? Kevin (you and staff) will remain OUR insurance provider for the long haul. You couldn' t choose a better partner!

  Kevin Jopes and his staff cannot remember anything that they say they will do. They cannot even tell you what policies they insure you for. They will call with information that doesn't even apply to you and have you wondering who in the world are they calling? Then you will find yourself asking, is this the agent that i have given hard earned money too, so that he can call me and ask for more and then not even know who i am other than the old, incorrect notes in his system. They constantly fail to complete tasks. But don't worry they have a great reminder program in thier office to remind them to call you and sell you more insurance. I would rather go to the dentist then work with this firm. Never use this agent he is the worst agent in state farm, and definetly not a good neighbor. I love state farm they are a great insurance company, but this agent will sour your taste. Don't let that happen use a different agent.

  Kevin and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. I have been insured through Kevin's office just a little over a year. They are the absolute best when it comes to service. Whether it's a copy of my ID card or policy, they get it to me within minutes. I remember when I first spoke with Kevin, I just needed a quote. He took the time to go through each one of my coverages in depth and how they applied to me. I have peace of mind knowing Kevin and his team handle my insurance. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable office, LOOK NO FURTHER. I am looking forward to many more years of doing business with Kevin and his team.
